The coaching system is integrated into the platform, which makes it more interactive and engaging for users. Each course and training has a designated person – the coach – responsible for course flow, questions asked by employees or evaluation scheme. The user can contact the coach and communicate with him/her any time. Coaches are responsible for answering the questions asked by the users, managing open discussions, giving points on the related tasks, assessing users’ works, and giving instructions to the users. In case of necessity, coach is organizing online meetings and Live classes.
